When long-standing tenants moved out, Property People arranged for the flat to be refurbished really beautifully but reasonably, with sensible advice in how to enhance the property. They then found good tenants for me and if any problems arise, they deal with them immediately. They are fair to both landlord and tenant so are the ideal bridge between the too. Highly recommended.
